Sunday School

PRAISE, LEARN, SERVE, REACH through Sunday School

Sunday School is not just for kids! Emmanuel offers Sunday School classes for adults of all ages. Learning is an important part of being a disciple of Jesus, but our classes don’t just learn together. Many classes do serve projects, join together through outreach, and grow closer through social activities. These aren’t the boring classes that you might think about where a teacher comes in and talks for an hour on a subject you don’t even begin to understand. We have Sunday School opportunities for everyone where class leaders use scripture based lessons and then discussion with the class helping to connect the Bible to relevant topics.

Feel free to visit a few classes until you find the place that feels like “home.” There is no need to call ahead or sign up or anything — just drop in. If you’d like someone to walk with you to class and introduce you to a few people, contact Marla Boring, Communications Coordinator, 317.773.4406.
